Nenlapmwa Bello is the Executive Director of Mutabell Nigeria Ltd and the Founder of both Steps Precise Consultancy Services Ltd and the Space for Women Foundation. She leverages over 20 years of expertise to bridge frontline pharmaceutical service delivery with large-scale health systems strengthening.

As a seasoned Pharmacist and Health Logistics leader, her work spans end-to-end supply chain management, organisational optimisation, and the advancement of women’s leadership and economic empowerment. She provides strategic advisory to governments, NGOs, and businesses, ensuring the reliable availability of health commodities and building resilient, equitable public health systems across Nigeria and Africa.

Nenlapmwa works with governments, NGOs, health organisations, and private institutions to strengthen leadership capability, optimise operations, and build resilient systems that perform under pressure and scale sustainably. Through Steps Precise, she designs and delivers customised leadership and management programmes, executive education, and advisory services focused on governance, change management, performance improvement, and institutional effectiveness across diverse sectors.

As a recognised health supply chain and logistics leader, she has led and advised on end-to-end supply chain management initiatives that improve the availability, reliability, and governance of essential commodities and services. Her pharmacy and health systems background provides a distinctive advantage in systems thinking, risk management, quality assurance, and execution—capabilities that are directly transferable to leadership and management consulting beyond the health sector.

Through the Space for Women Foundation, Nenlapmwa advances women’s leadership, health, and economic empowerment by combining leadership development with institutional and community-level systems change. Her work focuses on building sustainable pathways that increase women’s participation, influence, and decision-making power within organisations and communities.
